Program Information (B.B.A., B.A. and B.S. Degrees)
The College of Business & Economics
offers several majors and minors at the
undergraduate level. All
business
majors are required to complete a
Pre-Business Program
prior to being admitted to a business
major. Most of the courses in the
pre-business program consist of courses
in the general education requirements.
In addition to the pre-business program
there is a common set of core classes
which all business majors must complete
for the BBA degree. Information about

In addition to the on-campus
programs the college also offers the
BBA degree in accounting and management
in Roanoke, VA.

During a students first two years
of study in business they are advised by
the College of Business and Economics
Advising Center. During a students last
two years they are assigned to a faculty
advisor. Additional academic

Those majoring in economics are
advised by the Department of Economics
and should contact that department for
specific course requirements for an
economics major. Their
